WHAT WE OFFER: Starting Base Salary Range:$76,167.00 - $84,727.50 Additional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of: - First Responder pay: $1,800.00 per year - Pay based on performance:up to $8,000.00 per year - Licensure pay - Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed: $100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve. WHAT WE OFFER:  - Starting Hourly Range: $34.89 - $36.63 - Availability Pay for coverage after hours $1,800.00 per year - Incentive pay: Up to $8,000.00 per year (Based on performance)  - Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English: $100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve.
